Our highly skilled staff use the latest computer controlled laser cutting machinery, which ensures every part of your door fits together perfectly.
When we build doors, we always use 1.5mm of steel, which is 56% stronger than the 1.2mm industry average, and we always insulate with rock wool, never cardboard honeycomb.
All of our doors are manufactured from corrosion-resistant, galvanised steel; we never use products like Zintec or Galvaneal. Each door is hand-assembled by our team of experts and are then quality checked against a stringent set of ISO certified standards and protected even further with a polyester powder coating in a colour of your choice. This is baked on at high temperatures to create a beautiful, durable finish, which is far superior to two pack paint systems which are generally used across the industry. We then finish your door with the custom ironmongery that you desire, before performing final quality control checks and ensuring that each shipment is securely packaged for transport.
From order to delivery, with same-day dispatch on certain lines that are required, we will always ensure that we follow a process of continual quality improvement. All Metador steel door sets are put through a succession of industry standard examinations.
