The Defender Riserguard has been designed and fire tested for use in riser shafts in larger buildings and provides protection to riser openings, preventing fire escaping throughout multi-storey buildings.

Possibly the most important access door in the building for compartmentalising the spread of fire through floors, manufactured from steel with concealed riveted and welded frame corners.

Sizes

Up to 6 door leaves, max height of 2876mm and widths of up to 4171mm available.

Frames

• Minimum of 60mm wide perforated or solid picture frame

• Concealed frame as standard.

Air Tightness

• Thermally insulated and air-sealed options are available.

• Tested to BS EN 1634-3:2004, achieving an S-rating.

Thermal Performance
