We are excited to announce that the Defender PASguard range has now been extended, bringing more options to our customers. At Metador, we are dedicated to innovation and developing our products to deliver to our customer’s requirements. With this in mind, we have recently extended our PASguard range to include several changes that have been requested by our customers.
The Defender PASguard range has now been tested with various sizes of heavy-duty vision panel cassettes. This allows for more options when it comes to customers specifying the size of vision panel they need in a PAS24 rated door.
An extension in the number of approved locking systems includes:
1. Multipoint sashlock with manual operation
2. Auto-deadlocking multipoint nightlatch with panic escape option and/or electro-mechanical upgrade for integration with access control systems
3. Heavy duty panic hardware with optional external access device.
Extending the range of tested hardware gives a greater variety of where PASguard can be installed.
The new Extra Heavy-Duty Louvre System has also successfully passed PAS24 testing standards. This made-to-measure louvre features double folded louvre blades, fully welded 2mm steel cassette frames, and 19mm vertical reinforcement rods. Providing our customers with both a louvre option and peace of mind.
